What are Friday PREORDER? - preorders allow you to plan ahead to ensure you will get the piece you want in the size you want. Please note that preorder "estimated ship dates" are not guaranteed. We do our very best to meet or beat an advertised estimated ship date but sometimes delays happen. Please be patient and know we are doing everything possible to get your order delivered as close to the ship date as possible.
What are RTS (ready to ship) launches? - these are usually smaller quantities and most likely will be sold out quickly. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order.
I ordered a PREORDER item and a RTS item, how will they ship? - If you ordered a preorder item and a ready to ship item and paid one shipping fee they will ship together when the preorder item is ready. If you want your RTS item sooner, please make sure you purchase them separately in two different orders.
The postal service lost or damaged my order, now what? - Girl August is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that a package has not been updated in 15 days, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier and file a claim to start an investigation. We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund.
My order says delivered but I didn't get it - We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. The customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
Returns - Exchanges are not available and all sales are considered final. Defective or flawed merchandise can be returned by the original purchaser within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Items must be returned new, unused, and with the original tags and packaging. If an exchange is unavailable, a full refund including the price of shipping will be given. If your product is defective please email us at email@example.com for a confirmation prior to sending your return. Please order carefully as no changes or cancellations are allowed after your order is placed. Gift cards are non-refundable.
